My name is Vielkis McLeod, but you can call me Vee. I’m the new Community Outreach Director for FOY. I was born in Panama City, Panama and I came to the United States when I was 16 years of age, so English is my second language…

I’m retired from the Air Force in 2014… I cannot believe it has been 10 years!! Wow!!
I love to cook, travel, gardening, and volunteering in my local community… anything from human rights to help make this country better, to helping kids and immigrants. 
My best accomplishment is being a grandmother (Lita)!! I love spending time with my grandbabies. 
I love been part of FOY (Fostering Our Youth). I love working and mentoring kids and socializing!! So, this fits me perfectly!!
