ABOUT US

Fostering Our Youth Inc. (FOY) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was forged out of a deep calling to inspire and mentor upcoming generations. We are a group of volunteers who are dedicated to helping and supporting youth around the world. We have overcome demanding obstacles, and we want to pass on our experiences and lessons learned. 

In 2016, our founders’ dear friend, Ms. Dorian Gregory, passed away unexpectedly. Ms. Phi Tran and Mr. Eric Johnson shared Dorian’s love for helping others, especially children. Dorian was an amazing individual, an operational room nurse, and a veteran who was full of life, kindness, love for her family and the will to serve others. In her honor and the realization of the benefits of positive role models because of their struggles navigating adolescence, teenage, and young adult years, Phi and Eric created FOY. After three years of molding and collaborating with those who shared their stories of personal challenges, experiences, and achievements, FOY became a family and a reality. Together we spark young kinds to strive for excellence in all they do. Making live changes in local and global communities is the way forward for FOY.
