SCHOLARSHIP PACKET 2022

Fostering Our Youth (FOY) announces the 2022 Scholarship Awards Program. Under the Program, (10) $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a senior attending a high school served by the Fostering Our Youth, Inc.

Available Scholarships:

Fostering Our Youth – (10) $1,000 scholarship is available.

Dorian Memorial Scholarship – (1) $1500

Deadline:

May 31, 2022

Program Guidelines & Priorities:

Seeking graduating seniors with an interest in community development and volunteerism. This will be demonstrated through your resume or in your essay.
Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Scholarship funds will be paid by September 2022 during the winning student’s first year directly to the applicant.

STATEMENT OF ACCURACY FOR STUDENTS

I hereby affirm that all the above stated information provided by me is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

I also consent that if chosen as a scholarship winner, I will submit a headshot/picture of myself that may be used to promote the Fostering Our Youth, Inc, and will follow-up with the Scholarship committee in 6 months to give an update of my college status.

I hereby understand that if chosen as a scholarship winner, according to FOY Scholarship Committee policy, it is my responsibility to remit to the FOY Scholarship Committee, the appropriate information for my scholarship to be paid directly to me/scholarship applicant.

I hereby understand that I must not submit this application without all required attachments and supporting information. Incomplete applications or applications that do not meet eligibility criteria will not be considered for this scholarship.
